My Name is Lil’Zae I’m a Songwriter/Music artist in Greenville, NC. I start writing music when I was a little boy I use to write about my feeling and my life growing up. My mom didn't believe I was serious about being a rapper until she heard the song I wrote and played for her one day. Growing up I would listen to Bow Wow ,Chris Brown, Ludacris and Busta Rhymes I love their style of music it make you want to dance. I have been influenced by so many good rapper but the one that stick out the most to me was Nas. I was inspired by his lyrics in his song called “ I Know I Can” that song really touched me because I know that I can do anything I put my mind to. That song really encourage me to live my dream and show people that with hard work you can do and be whatever you want to be you just have to believe in yourself. MY Hard work has paid off because I got a chance to perform in Miami, Texas, Atl, VIrginia, DC, Raleigh and Greensboro. I got a chance to be in a couple of magazines and do radio interviews that really help put my name out there. I also got the chance to open up for a group called TK & Cash that night was fun because my sister who has Sickle Cell Disease danced on stage with me she love to dance. She is one of the strongest people I Know she go through so much pain but she don't let it stop her from doing what she love and that is dancing with her big brother. I even started a Anti-Bullying tour which I was able to go to different schools and perform a song called "This is Our Year" featuring K-Smoov and Alisha D we wanted the kids to know they are not alone when it comes to bullying. This song I wrote I dedicated to my Aunt called “Love & Dedication” she passed away but she will forever live in my heart wish she could have met my son who has changed my life for the better. I'M working on My EP Album and my Mix Tape that will also be out shortly so look for that soon.
